Strategy
Pathway to Drilling & Production
- Application for drilling permits, environmental and other clearances
- Process additional seismic and recently completed AEM-PTP surveys
- Re-enter & deepen EP513 Hussar (to TD 3,200m) for Helium, Hydrogen & Natural Gas
- Production utilising the existing roads and drill pad locations
- Commence negotiations with Darwin Helium Refinery (currently on care & maintenance)
- Complete costing evaluation of Salt Cavern Storage
- Complete off-take agreement currently under MOU
- Natural Gas to power in-situ plants to separate Hydrogen & Helium with produced CO2 being sequestered permanently in solution mined salt caverns, creating eco-friendly Blue Hydrogen and Helium

Commercialization Strategy
- Minimal capital requirement proposal comprises a modular liquid Helium /Hydrogen plant, tanker & ISO containers for transport of helium moves 97% of world’s Helium. Once the company is listed, this provides access to the debt and equity markets for development capital.
- Darwin-based Helium plant, owned and operated by Linde AG, is currently under-utilized.
- Sale of the entire project to an industrial gas company or strategic gas user.
- Selling feed gas to a major industrial company that would Build-Own-Operate (BOO) a liquid Hydrogen/Helium plant.
- Form a JV with one of the major industrial gas companies to BOO the plant and sell hydrogen/Helium.
- Solution mined salt caverns to store not only CCUS waste to enable “blue” Hydrogen/Helium but additional separate caverns could store huge quantities of Hydrogen, Helium and natural gas to allow more flexible logistics and transport to markets.

- Recovery of Hydrogen/Helium requires a separation plant (provided by offtake) as the gas comes to surface with impurities including natural gas
- Refinery in Darwin provides a field plant for the cryogenic recovery of raw Hydrogen/Helium
- The Company has finalised an off-take MOU agreement with Harlequin Energy for Hydrogen/Helium purification by way of pressure swing absorption recovery into high purity products
- The products may be stored on-site bunker facilities or solution mined salt caverns (following a recently completed Salt Cavern study commissioned by Georgina)
- Helium is a non-combustible product and can be trucked to the Darwin plant for refining and Hydrogen can be easily converted to ammonia, for economical safe long-distance transport & export
- Once Hussar (Stage One) is commercialized, secondary wells will be developed
- Georgina intends to supply from the wellhead under Off-Take agreement to mitigate infrastructure costs
